These units ship freight only and freight is not included in the price (invoiced separately through Square). Upon checkout you will see “free shipping” ignore this statement, this is simply because we are not charging shipping on checkout but rather invoiced separately. We do not currently have the ability to auto calculate freight or keep credit cards on file. Freight estimates can be provided upon request, please email us at MyersMushrooms@gmail.com with zip code and if your location is commercial or a residence as well as if you have a forklift or need a lift gate. Freight means the unit will be on a pallet and delivered by a 20 or 50ft semi tractor trailer. Someone will need to be present upon delivery, the carrier may or may not contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Use the R&L website with your Pro number to track your shipment https://www.rlcarriers.com/freight/shipping/shipment-tracing You can also call R&L and schedule the delivery appointment once it is at the destination terminal.  If you do not have a forklift or loading dock you must choose lift gate/hand unload which is an added fee from the carrier, hand unloading will not save you money and we highly recommend having the driver use the lift gate for safety reasons.  If you chose commercial there will be no appointment made, it will be delivered during typical business hours 7:00-5:00 mon-friday. Freight will be calculated and billed prior to shipping via Square.

**When the shipment is delivered please open and inspect the units prior to signing the BOL. If shipping damages are not reported on the BOL a claim can not be made. All shipping damages or product flaws must be reported to MyersMushrooms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving or call/text 202-557-6050. 

Return Policy- All returns or canceled orders after shipment has moved will incur a 10% restocking fee and must be returned in original packaging, un used, with no damages. Purchaser will pay for shipping and return shipping.*

Commercial equipment clause: Commercial equipment is designed and manufactured to serve a purpose as a tool. These items may have minor cosmetic scratches, dents, stains, from manufacturing, handling and shipping. Minor cosmetic issues like this should not affect the functionality of the unit as a piece of cultivation equipment. If there is a major issue that does affect the functionally please contact us.
