Description
Spawn doser for sterile spawn dosing into bags. Adjustable +- 1.5 volumetric oz. Full washdown capable for chemical sanitization. Comes with steel powder coated adjustable height stand. Includes pneumatic pedal for operation. All SS doser hopper and dispenser construction made in the USA with USA made hardware. Approx 20lbs grain hopper capacity. Fits in standard triple wash sink or mop sink for sanitizing. Not shown but included, SS lid for hopper.
Recommended cleaners – PBW, Dawn, Pine Sol. Recommended sanitizers include Steramine/quaternary ammonia, hypochlorous acid, Star Sanitizer.
Not recommended sanitize – bleach/sodium hypochlorite due to reactivity with SS.
