WALLS: Modular wall panels consisting of White Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) on both sides of a
polystyrene foam core mounted into clear anodized aluminum framing. Nominal thickness is 2”.
• T-GRID: 1.5” white painted factory gasketed T-Grid. Includes hang wire for suspending the grid from
the support system.
• SUPPORT SYSTEM: Includes painted steel Unistrut type support beams spanning the walls.
• HEPA FILTERS: (1) #12100 SAM22 MicroSound NCR 2 x 2 Fan/Filter Module, 115V, 60Hz., 99.99%
HEPA and all standard specifications.
• LIGHTING: (2) #148540 2’ x 4’ LED Cleanroom light fixtures, extruded aluminum frame with white
powder coat finish, Pre-mounted integral LED driver, operates on 120/240/277v AC.
• CEILING PANELS: #148062 CRI 2 x 4 Cleanroom Ceiling Panels with white vinyl face and factory
sealed edges for spaces not occupied with SAM modules and Light Fixtures.
• ENTRY DOOR: (1) 3’0” x 6’8” swing-door with viewing panel, passage lever and spring hinges.
• WINDOW: (1) Nominal 46”W x 39”H double paned clear tempered glass viewing window flush mounted
in clear anodized aluminum framing.
• GRILLES: Includes (2) low-wall relief air grilles.
• DUPLEX OUTLETS: Includes (4) 115V convenience outlets flush mounted in wall extrusions with 4’
whips terminating above the cleanroom ceiling for final connection to source power by others.
