Our Knife Valve Baggers are designed for fast operation and can quickly switch between two or more bag fill sizes with the flip of a valve or switch. Laser cut powder coated steel bodies with stainless steel valves and hardware. Air operated using our proven knife valve design, this bagger will operate reliably for hundreds of thousands of cycles. Fill weight is based on density of grain and substrate and will vary. Each unit has 7 adjustment slots for different sizes.

Includes 3 knife valve assemblies with pneumatic cylinders. Additional valves are available by request. Also includes 2 mounting brackets to weld onto your batch mixer. For installation, you will need to cut a 6″x6″ or 6″x8″ hole in the bottom of your mixers tub and weld in the mounting tabs. The square tubing valve should go inside the hole and be flush with the inside of the tub, some minor trimming and fitting may be required depending on the radius of your mixer tub.

Comes in two sizes:
6”x6” for smaller 14A/3T ~1.5-6lb fill
6”x8” for XLS-A/T ~2-11lb

Required for installation: air pedal or solenoid valve, air lines, minor hardware, small air compressor, batch mixer.
