Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Myers Mushrooms ships merchandise to locations within the United States and some U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Myers Mushrooms ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to the purchaser when the merchandise is in possession of the shipping carrier. MYERS MUSHROOMS is not responsible for any items that are returned or rejected due to state/country laws. Recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes.

A notification of shipment is emailed once an order ships. That email also includes a tracking number and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track that shipment. MYERS MUSHROOMS is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments and will not replace any lost or stolen items. It is the purchasers responsibility to file any claims for lost or stolen items with that carrier.

MYERS MUSHROOMS will ship products to the provided address on the order completed by the purchaser. If purchaser has provided the incorrect shipping address and the item has already shipped, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to intervene with that carrier. MYERS MUSHROOMS will not replace any items due to incorrect shipping information provided by the purchaser. It is the original recipients responsibility to pay for re-shipping a returned item by the freight or mail carrier.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days upon receipt of product (except flowhoods, filters and equipment). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. We do not offer exchanges, only returns.

To be eligible for a return or cancellation after shipment, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee plus shipping fee both to and from the customer for returns/cancellations. You will be responsible to pay return shipping cost.

Refunds will be initiated once return is received, inspected and accounted for.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2x4 HEPA Filters are non returnable.

For Equipment: Troubleshooting the issue is required before returns or replacements are approved. This includes possible basic maintenance (i.e., removing or adjusting hardware, checking connections, etc.) as well as a video and/or photos of the issue. Non-compliance or if no issues are found, no replacements will be issued and refunds will be subject to our restocking fee and shipping cost policy.

Flowhoods (2x4 & 3x4)

If damages occur due to shipping carrier mishandling, a claim may be filed with the carrier by MYERS MUSHROOMS. Claims are submitted on a case by case basis. The purchaser has 24 hours to notify MYERS MUSHROOMS along with photos of all damages to the packaging and the flowhood itself. The delivery receipt must also have annotation of all damages BEFORE signing for the flowhood. If no annotation is complete, then the purchaser accepts the unit as is, no exceptions. If 24 hours has passed and MYERS MUSHROOMS was not notified of any damages nor was it written on the delivery receipt, then purchaser accepts the flowhood as is, no exceptions. Replacement or repair options will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Claims, refunds or replacements WILL NOT be possible if damages are not written on the delivery receipt. KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PALLET.

MYERS MUSHROOMS is required to maintain possession of the damaged flowhood, per the freight carriers policies, while the claim is being evaluated. Therefore, MYERS MUSHROOMS may require purchaser to return the freight shipment. This requires the flowhood to be in the original box, strapped down and on a pallet. MYERS MUSHROOMS will provide shipment documentation to purchaser and will schedule the freight pickup. Shipment must be enroute before a replacement flowhood can be shipped to purchaser. If purchaser does not cooperate with these requirements, then they accept the shipment as is and no further action will be addressed.

If the damage is cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the flowhood, a replacement is not required. Commercial Equipment Clause: Commercial equipment is designed and manufactured to serve a purpose as a tool. These items may have minor cosmetic scratches, dents, stains, from manufacturing, handling and shipping. Minor cosmetic issues like this should not affect the functionality of the unit as a piece of cultivation equipment. If there is a major issue that does affect the functionally please contact MYERS MUSHROOMS.

You have the option to refuse the shipment if damages to the unit are extensive. All damages must still be annotated on the delivery receipt and photos still need to be taken. Contact MYERS MUSHROOMS for further guidance.

Once the flowhood ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and a "before" photo of the palletized flowhood(s) to show the shipment before it ships and how it should look when it arrives. It is the purchasers responsibility to track the shipment. For deliveries, someone must be present to inspect the unit and sign for it. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a redelivery charge before another appointment is scheduled. If you want to change your delivery address after it has shipped, you will be subject to a reconsignment charge that you will be invoiced for and must pay before address change is approved.

For Terminal Pickups, please have a valid photo ID to present. Recipient must be the person listed on the paperwork. The terminal will only hold the shipment for 48 hours before storage fees begin. Recipient is responsible for any storage fees.

For Canadian Customers: Please provide your broker information in the Order Notes section upon checkout. Recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes.

Freight Forwarding: MYERS MUSHROOMS is not responsible for any shipping damages once the shipment has been signed for by the freight forwarding company and no damages have been annotated. If no damage to the shipment is annotated by that freight forwarding company, MYERS MUSHROOMS has no responsibility for that shipment. MYERS MUSHROOMS is not responsible for any damages to the shipment that may occur once it leaves the USA. It is the original recipients responsibility to inform the freight forwarding company on the guidelines for annotating damages. Recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes. Please see above instructions for Flowhood and/or contact MYERS MUSHROOMS for further guidance.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Myers Mushrooms is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

All website product prices are listed in USD and may reflect differently from your bank statement after purchase due to exchange rates. Please contact your bank for more information. Recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes.
