FLOWHOODS SHIP FREIGHT ONLY**  Residential deliveries are “Curbside Only.” This means the carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb outside your home but wont bring it inside or up to your door.  You will need to be prepared to move the items from the curb to your home yourself. Myers Mushrooms does not recommend handling the shipment by yourself, on or off the pallet to avoid damages and injuries. The shipment does come on a pallet and at a minimum can weigh about 100lbs, depending on the size and quantity ordered. Please consider the following:

• Delivery Area: The delivery will be made to the nearest curb or driveway. The driver will not enter your property beyond this point.

• Notification: You may receive a call or notification beforehand to schedule the delivery or to let you know when the driver is on its way.

• Preparation: Since the delivery will only be to the curb, you should be prepared to move the items from the curb to your home. This might require additional help, especially for heavy bulky items.

• Inspection: Please inspect the items for any visible damage before signing for your shipment. If there are issues, you MUST note them on the delivery receipt.

• Equipment: Depending on the size and weight of the items, you might need equipment like a dolly or hand truck to move them.

Commercial Equipment Clause: Commercial equipment is designed and manufactured to serve a purpose as a tool. These items may have minor cosmetic scratches, dents, stains, from manufacturing, handling and shipping. Minor cosmetic issues like this should not affect the functionality of the unit as a piece of cultivation equipment. If there is a major issue that does affect the functionally please contact MYERS MUSHROOMS. If the damage is cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the flowhood, a replacement is not required.
