Description
Spawn doser for sterile spawn dosing into bags. Adjustable 3.5-5 volumetric oz. Full washdown capable for chemical sanitization. Comes with steel powder coated adjustable height stand. Includes SS lid. Includes pneumatic pedal for operation. Requires 60-100 psi of clean, dry, lubricated compressed air to operate. All SS doser hopper and dispenser construction made in the USA with USA made hardware. Approx 25lbs grain hopper capacity. Fits in standard triple wash sink or mop sink for sanitizing.
Recommended cleaners – PBW, Dawn, Pine Sol. Recommended sanitizers include Steramine/quaternary ammonia, hypochlorous acid, Star Sanitizer.
Not recommended sanitize – bleach/sodium hypochlorite due to reactivity with SS.
