Fresh mushrooms should be refrigerated and can last 2 weeks in the refrigerator. They can also be cooked and frozen for long term storage.
If order does not have a specific variety request, it will be fulfilled with farmers choice. Species will vary by season and avilablilty.

*Delivery is on Wednesdays and only available for 5+lbs orders.
*Pick-up at the farm on Fridays from 9am-12pm or 1pm to 4pm, by appointment only 5+ lb orders only.
